Informix 14.10xC10 was released in March 2023! It is what we call a “small” release offering no new features but mostly bug fixes. Despite of this there are some important information which should be present to administrators.
In the following we would like to give you a compact overview:
- GSKit: the Global Security Kit v 0.55.26, offering libraries and utilities for encryption and SSL/TLS features, now is usable also for Debian
- CSDK: is available as v4.50xC10 for Linux 32, certified for SUSE SLES 12.3 and 15, Ubuntu Server Edition 16.04 LTS and 17.10sdfsd
- Discontinuation: LDAP Lookup Feature – users who plan to synchronize connectivity information of their clients should use the Connection-Manager
